Scotch bonnet pepper : Green or red, easily recognizable, it is the hottest pepper in the world.

Chilli : Much smaller than Scotch bonnet pepper and oblong-shaped, it is the favourite pepper of people from the Indian Ocean.

Tamarind : Very sour fruit, delicious in jams or juices.
